Arturo Vallejo
Arturo was confronted by a strange legal system he did not understand and as a result he did not comprehend what was happening. He was betrayed by his lawyer and had no idea he was signing a guilty plea to all of the charges. His sentences were ordered to run consecutively (one after the other) instead of concurrently (at the same time) which is the norm. In other words, he was completely railroaded by the system. Not only was he convicted outright of something he was not guilty of, but his sentences were ‘stacked’ so that he has to complete one sentence before the other starts, which means he won’t be getting out of prison for a very long time. The State of Texas prefer it this way for people like Arturo - a Mexican Nationale who is poor and needy. Arturo also faces removal or deportation from the USA once he completes his sentences.
Arturo requests financial assistance or donations to help him overturn his convctions. He needs the help of a highly skilled Appeals attorney and Private Detective to investigate the evidence against him. Your donation(s) can be sent directly to those whose services are needed. If you are interested and would like further information on how to assist Arturo please feel free to write him a letter - address below.
If you would like to further show your support you may write or contact the State Prosecutor, Bill Hill (who convicted him), Criminal District Attorney of Dallas County, Texas, Frank Crowley Courts Building, 133 N. Industrial Blvd. LB-19, Dallas, Texas 75207-4399 or call (214) 653-3600.
