I was charged with burglaries and rapes which I am innocent of. The D.A. used evidence from a burglary and put it with another burglary. He destroyed DNA evidence before the trial. In some of the cases there was no evidence. There was also some faulty DNA evidence, I asked that some of the DNA evidence be tested but my request was denied.
In one of the cases the statute of limitations was up. I even asked to go pro per, but the judge kept delaying by two weeks, this continued for almost three months. Every time I went in front of the judge he said he would rule on it, but he would delay it by a further two weeks. All this is on record.
I am also asking for any donations that would help the lawyers in my case.
