No-one dead, touched, or harmed in any way and I’m given FIVE (5) LIFE SENTENCES:
3 Concurrent Life Sentences for Conspiracy
1 Concurrent Life Sentence for Solicitation
1 Concurrent Life Sentence for Attempted Murder
The attempted murder was NOLLE PROSSED for merely tactical reasons to take my defense of spousal abuse because the jury wanted an acquittal and prosecutors admitted to that. Even Mr. Mathews admitted to some of the abuse. The prosecutors “hood-winked” my case so the jury could not rule on “spousal abuse”.
The solicitation charge was reduced to 30 years and ran concurrent with the three concurrent life sentences for conspiracy. My step-son and my daughter were in our wedding. The photo the two guilty parties gave to the man they hired to harm my husband is how I got the charge of solicitation . The charge wasn’t even possible the night in question. The two guilty parties pled guilty and received a plea bargain of NO TIME. So, I end-up with a life sentence for something that never happened and I did not do.
I came to prison at aged almost 52 with not even a parking ticket on my record. The jury sentenced me without even hearing my defense.
I was NOT the guilty party. I never harmed, touched or killed anyone.
I received a very unfair and illegal trial. I’ve been locked-up for almost 16 years, a model inmate at 67, and would like to acquire a release to enable me to finish my life in peace.

Who benefits from my being incarcerated? Many murderers have served far less or NO TIME AT ALL than I. I have NOT been treated equally by the courts, parole board or the Governor.
Could it be that my wealthy ex-husband who sexually, physically and severely psychologically abused me for years and bought my case with his $10 million civil suit against me is keeping me locked-up for LIFE?
Why is it that when men abuse or kill their spouse, the judge and prosecutors see it as some sort of miracle or gift that only they can bestow?
