An Innocent Man Who Was Wrongly Convicted of Possession of Drugs with Intent to Distribute.

Sentence:  40 Years Imprisonment
On June 15, 1992, in Roanoke, VA. at approximately 9.30am I was stopped for a traffic violation and taken to the city jail for a misdemeanor charge.  At approximately 3.30pm, during the inventory shift of the patrol car I was transported in, 1.7 grams of crack-cocaine was discovered stuck under the front seat.  Although I was seated in the back seat of the patrol car, and despite nobody having seen me with it, or the finger-prints belonging to me; a drug charge was issued.

I was tried with a set-up jury who found me guilty and was sentenced to the maximum 40 years imprisonment.  Since 1992 I have been imprisoned without any formal legal representation and since 1994 I have been on isolation status.  Although I am usually a sociable, normal person, I now find myself a victim of a pervert circle.

Due to my jobless and moneyless situation; I kindly request any legal help and/or financial contributions in order for me to obtain legal representation to right the wrong that has been done to me.  It is the first time in my life I have made such a request and very much appreciate your time and consideration.

Thank you for taking the time to read my plea.
