The appointed counsel failed to investigate my case and I was advised to take a plea. My mom hired a trial attorney on the morning of trial, he subs, but does not undertake an investigation. I was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to prison by the judge. I was appointed an appeals attorney who failed to carry-out a full investigation overlooking the constitutional errors. In 2005 a parole attorney was hired and after investigation he found me innocent due to no criminal act in the record of facts. I have no money for another attorney being in prison over 9 years. By 2009 I did obtain trial records and began my own investigation. Along with several constitutional errors I also found that the trial court omitted the 'specific intent' mental element instruction allowing the jury to find a wrongful guilty verdict for conduct that did not constitute an offense. The trial court commissioned a 'structural defect' lowering the State's burden of proof for conviction and denying a jury finding on the actual elements.

It appears from the records that I was 'assumed' to be guilty by everyone therefore the elements that define Texas Penal Code §15.03 were not defined nor instructed to the jury. I was denied assistance by the Texas innocence projects due to their lack of funding for this type of case. I have been denied parole 7 times for reasons that make no sense. I have completed over 40 educational/rehabilitation courses and remain a model offender. I in no way tried to promote, or facilitate, nor hired, or paid money for a murder.

I am accepting prayers, advise, legal funding, and consideration of representation from any person who might be willing to help me obtain justice in Texas. My attorney on parole is willing to assist, transfer investigation material, or discuss the factual information with any attorney I request.

Innocent In Texas.

In 2001 a case arose around a domestic violence situation. I fell victim to several assault offences. The last bodily injury assault was no-billed by a grand jury. My abusive ex-boyfriend continued to escape justice. I was suicidal and unstable for over a year. I became angry and went to a drinking establishment and became very intoxicated then attended a party. I engaged in an inebriated conversation with this alleged accomplice - witness about the ongoing abuse and threats. We began to speculate about murder in our intoxicated condition and I agreed to meet him at a later date; he then went to police and informed them of our conversation. The police gave him money to drink, wired him with a recorder after he agreed to work for them. Over the following week he attempted four times to meet up with me but the meeting never occurred, he became drunk and ended his working relationship with the police. Days later I was arrested on other false charges and questioned with regards to the alleged conversation, I was indicted and appointed counsel.
