In early March 2003 I answered my door to find Sheriff’s Deputies there. I wanted to get dressed, but they reached in, grabbed me, and dragged me outside. They beat me against the car, cuffed me up and tossed me in the car. Then, they went in my home and emerged with a brown paper bag of ‘stuff’, which I found out later they took to a judge to obtain a warrant! There was NO warrant for my arrest, or a search and seizure, prior to that.
I was placed in a very cold cell in my underwear and socks only, for 11 hours, until I finally confessed to sex with an underage girl. The entire time I was there they refused to tell me what I was charged with???
I was then placed in the County Jail, where the charges/accusations were promptly “leaked” to the inmates. I was beaten and threatened repeatedly. When I tried to go to my arraignment hearing I was gang assaulted, badly! This has followed me throughout my incarceration.

My attorney was mostly ineffective for me. Also, he is now deceased! Not before charging me massively for doing essentially nothing!
There was NO evidence for this case. Just the girl’s testimony. No adult witnesses, no photos, no video, and most of all, NO DNA! And, of course, there was no video of the arrest either? At least none that they have disclosed???
I have a lawsuit that I filed on Colorado DOC, over ‘First and Eighth Amendment’ violations, but I am not very good or effective as my own attorney.
I need help with BOTH my criminal case and my lawsuit. Please help me. Thank you in advance.
