Right now I am on my second time around appeal and my jailhouse attorney has been transferred to another prison. I am currently in the California Supreme Court “S182086” been there since April 22^nd, 2010 waiting on a response for an “Evidentiary Hearing Request”. If I’m denied or granted I will be in limbo due to my ignorance of the law.

I would like to make a sincere plea. I cam indigent; last month I wrote three attorneys asking for pro bono assistance and only one responded with a nice rejection, I mean denied letter. Will you please consider taking my appeal case after you review an article I discovered last year which was used as an exhibit in my current appeal. Authored by Fredric N. I was convicted by redacted preliminary hearing transcripts. A District Attorney associate read the transcripts at my trial and I never got the chance to face my accuser!

Please help me! If you have any questions don’t be shy. I’ve been incarcerated since March 18, 1997 for a 1995 homicide and 1997 robbery. I am not a killer nor a thief! Help! I still believe in human beings I just don’t think they believe in me.

Greetings. My name is Jeffrey Keyes. On January 10, 2000 (case# 201833) I was convicted of a 1995 homicide and a 1997 robbery by perjured testimony and antiseptic transcripts. The main suspect was the main witness who said I committed a murder after she was arrested for felony credit card fraud charges. She was subjected to numerous interviews by the San Jose P.D. Homicide Division in 1995 and my name was never mentioned until 1997 while in custody. I had two (2) people who said I committed the murder and robbery. One was the main suspect, I mean witness and a jailhouse informant who read my entire homicide report, not to mention had a shoot-out with SJPD Swat team!
