I paroled in 1995, lived in a parole hotel, had a job and after a month had enough money to move into my own place. I enlisted help and used a guy’s car to move my property. I was pulled over by the police for having my back window blocked by the property. I was arrested for driving a stolen rental car. My trial attorney refused to call the owner of the car lot who told the police the person he saw drive off in the car was not me. I was innocent of taking the car. (See Pogue v. Ratelle, 58 F. Supp. 2d 1140). I’ve been in prison for 15 years on this misdemeanour offense. I’ve gone back to college working towards an .A.A.; received my paralegal certification and won two lawsuits against the State. Attorneys inform me that I’ll need $7,500 to get a writ done. I need help. Either a pro-bono attorney or law students who can get my case back before a court for the violation of the 1991 plea. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
All donations WILL NOT BE SENT TO ME. They will go to a third party who will keep account incase I can’t raise the $7,500 that way all donations can be returned. Now you know my story write me for further information.
I’ll make you a deal. You help get me released and in return I’ll come work for you for six months for free as long as the work is lawful and as long as I can work a second job to support myself. Anywhere in the world I’ll come work for you for free. Can’t beat that now can you?
Anxiously awaiting your positive reply.

25 Years To Life Under California’s 3 Strike Law |
After going through a divorce and having my mom die I turned to drugs and alcohol to cope. Once my money ran out I turned to crime to support my habit. After my arrest San Diego County District Attorney’s Office offered me a plea bargain for seven years in exchange for a guilty plea and they promised “NO ADDITIONAL ROBBERIES TO BE FILED”. 30 days after the plea they violated the terms by filing two more robbery cases on me. I was forced to take two more plea bargains and served a seven year term for all three cases.
