Michael Davis
My name is Michael A Davis. Hostage number (353616). D.O.B. 12-25-79. I was born and raised in the city of Detroit. I Michael of the Davis family, has never taken a life. I have been wrongly convicted of first degree murder. I am innocent and I need someone to help me. I have two beautiful daughters one is six years of age and the other is three years of age. I am not a neglectful parent I take care of my children, but they are away from me now because of an error done by inadvertence, negligence or blatant framing. I thought this system was for justice, but for me they have not shown me justice in sentencing me to life in prison with no possibility of parole.
How It Happened
The nightmare all started the twenty-seventh day of the sixth month in the year of our Lord Anno Domini. I was at a friend’s house and I received a call from my sister Tennille, saying that the homicide department were looking for me because a person was killed at someone’s house that I hung out at. I was scared when I heard this, so without thought my reaction was to flee.
How It Happened

I was scared when I heard this, so without thought my reaction was to flee.
I was already on parole for a minor drug offense, I did not want to go back to prison. So for a month or two I fled from something I did not even know about. I got arrested in the month of August in the year 2007 and never at any time did the officers question or ask me what took place, all they did was arrest and charge me with first degree murder, a crime I knew nothing about.
I felt was though the lawyer appointed to me by the tribunal was against me, but wasn’t sure because I incompetent towards the quasi-laws being implemented. Neither lawyers did any investigation. The witness they used against me is a man who owes me money, a known drug user who made two/three different statements to the police and who lied under oath every time he got on the stand which is all on record but yet he was found credible. I never had a fair trial, the lead detective on my case never did any investigation, I felt as though they had me guilty before I was even proven guilty. I am innocent with an alibi witness who was present at trial but my lawyer failed to call upon her sayin’ ‘we don’t need her’. If there is anyone out there who can help me, you will be doin’ a good deed, and I will be ever so grateful.
Things I Need
I need a lawyer who believes in Justice and not Just-Themselves. I need assistance for investigations and not someone to assist in their own investment, I need help with financial assistance and/or donations for legal fees, I need voluntary help whether it is professional or non-professional.
