On January 8, 2005, a bank was robbed in Fort Worth Texas. A few weeks after the robbery the police asked the Teller to look at some pictures to see if he could see the person that robbed him. At that time the Teller picked someone, while at the same time someone else was being named as the robber through a crime stoppers call. When the detective could not convict those two men, they then turned their focus on me four months later, after someone supposedly called and said that the person in the newspaper looked like it could be me; a picture that was 1" x 1" dark and very, very grainy. I was arrested and appointed a lawyer who within days requested to be released from my case because "he was now representing  someone who was accused of the same crime that I was". I was given another lawyer, who through his own admittance, was afraid of the judge and refused my request to get my second trial moved out of said judge's court room after my first trial ended in a mis-trial, at the end of which the judge told the jury that no matter the outcome of the trial that "he knew" that I committed the robbery.

During my second trial my lawyer agreed with the judge and the prosecutor that he would not tell the second jury that two other men were accused of the same crime four months before me, one of them being 6' 2" and I am only 5' 7". (I have proof).

When I was arrested the FBI booked me into jail and placed my old high school weight on the intake records of 173lb, but 15 minutes later the medical department weighed me during my physical and I weighed 201lb - my true weight.  The FBI then used my old weight of 173lb  in my trial to make it look like I weighed closer to the 160lb that was said to be the weight of the robber. (I have proof).

At the time of this robbery I was with my mom and aunt at my aunt's house on the other side of town. I was on my cell-phone talking to a friend when someone else called me. My wife called T-Mobile to ask if they could pinpoint my location at the time of the calls and they said 'yes', but my lawyer refused to get the records because it would have required him to speak with the judge to get a subpoena.

The robber used a hold-up note. The FBI asked me to provide them with a sample of my hand-writing, which I did, but no-one told me of the expert's conclusion that stated that the hold-up note was not written by me. I found this out after my trial and 'no' the jury were not aware of this either.

I am in need of financial assistance to hire a Private Investigator or will accept one pro-bono. Please call, or send any amount - no amount is too small.

Thank You & May God Bless You.
