The arbitration resolution was awarded to me in the amount of $15,600. The attorney has filed suit rejecting the award and demanding a trial. I answered the attorney’s complaint and the presiding judge scheduled a mandatory settlement conference. This prison is obstructing me from attending the hearing.

1st Case - Case that I need professional assistance is a “Prison Gang Validation”, which was falsely placed on me while I was housed at New Folsom CSP Sacramento, CA. I have filed a 1983 Civil Complaint in the Eastern District. The processing has been on hold due to my case being bounced from judge to judge. I have also filed a Citizen Complaint to the grand jury which is pending. The claims that are within the complaint are 6 individual chrono that are used against me falsely. I have documented and have inside information that will prove their claim is false.
