At the time of the event I was asleep at my mom’s house which my attorney thought was not credible. When a private investigator spoke with one of the witnesses, the witness made it clear that this lady had told her to make out it was me that did this. My attorney never made me aware of this statement and the witness was not requested to give evidence at my trial.
The truth is that this lady was jealous and a crack-head/pill popper. I would not give her drugs nor did I find her attractive.
I need someone who is willing to assist me by providing me with proper representation. If you are able to assist me in any way possible I would be most grateful. Thank you for your time.

Wrongfully charged with attempted second degree assault, criminal trespassing & criminal damage to property.

On October 16th 2005 I was falsely accused of breaking into a trailer between 3am and 3.30am. The woman accused me of kissing her on the neck and trying to insert my finger inside her vagina, she continued by saying that she got away, ran outside and started screaming, after which two witnesses came to assist her. Apparently, I then walked by these people with her cell phone dropped it and walked away.
There were fingerprints and DNA at the scene - none matched mine. The phone was never tested or taken into evidence; she was also swabbed for saliva.
