In September 2000 while attending a homecoming after party a young man was stabbed in the back six times and died.

Nobody could say they actually saw me with a weapon, nobody could even say I was indeed the person who killed the young man, there was no DNA, no weapon, just a lot of hearsay and inconsistencies in testimonies yet a jury still found me guilty of 1st degree murder.

I believe that if two witnesses were contacted now they would explain their reasons for lying.  A letter was written while I was awaiting trial saying I did not kill this young man.  Also, a witness who my lawyer had testify at the preliminary hearing could have changed the outcome of my trial but they were not called to take the stand.  This witness had testified to not seeing me anywhere while his cousin was fighting with the guy who died.  Also, a girl is supposed to have some information, but she told my auntie that she was afraid to come forward because she did not want to be harrassed by the police and others.
