The state investigator wrote a letter stating his investigation was leading elsewhere, I have it here in my cell, but my trial attorney refused to request a temporary recess to find this investigator in order for him to testify because he did not think the judge would grant this objection.
My appellate process at state and federal level was a complete joke. All my court appointed attorneys completely ignored my requests to attack the coerced confessions that contradicted forensic evidence. Both stated that I stole my father’s pistol but the state’s ballistic expert said the slugs did not match. The coroner said Sophia had “scar tattooing” so the barrel of the gun had to be 3” to 4” from her face. The false confessions stated I was by one end of the bumper and she was by the other; that’s at least 4ft apart. The trajectory of the gun shot is not consistent. Also, the Coroner stated that sex was consensual and not rape. The state’s star witness (Heather Jacques) helped dispose of evidence but was never charged with this felony and was also caught lying under oath. According to my trial attorney she was paid $20,000.00 for her testimony but he refused to tell me how he came to know this; it turns out he was almost BARRED for similar practice in another case. My federal appellate judge said he would have given me a full reversal but no-one attempted to attack the coerced confessions!
I have filed pro se stuff before and will continue if necessary. I need donations for investigators and paralegals. I have got one pro se motion left to try to save my life. My execution date is April 22 2010. If I get a stay on this motion and the help I need there won’t be a death penalty any more. It took four years to draft. Together we can stop the killing machine. HELP!!!!

I am innocent because I did not commit the crime. A tow truck driver (Douglas Bosanko) identified Sophia’s (the victim) ex-boyfriend Jay Hernandez in a photo line-up, police line-up and by voice recognition. This surprised the court and I have here in my cell a 49 page transcript, vol. 1 of 1, the Reporter’s Record, where the judge says “no, I mean, he said he did it. I don’t think there is any doubt, there is no debate about it.” The next line is my trail attorney stating “there’s no debate about it that it was not our client.” The judge still refused to grant a mistrial or new trial.
Sophia and I were sleeping together, my father met her but the major problem with my case is that NONE of my court appointed attorneys bothered to properly investigate my case. From trial to Supreme Court NADA! My trial attorney thought I was lying until Bosanko indentified Hernandez. He literally said “you’ve been telling me the truth.” At that point it was too late but he knew something was very, very wrong.
